Over nearly three decades, the institution has evolved into a trusted name in education across Jammu & Kashmir and beyond.
- Driven by a commitment to employability and skill development, the Group expanded across diverse domains including Education, Information Technology, Management, Journalism, Nursing, Allied Health, Pharmacy, and skill-based learning. Building a network of nearly 50 centers across India, Kawa created opportunities for thousands of students to pursue career-focused education.

Notably, Rajiv Gandhi College of Nursing became the first institution in Jammu Province to offer B.Sc Nursing courses.
