The Visionary
The company is led by Dr. Chikkala Venugopal Rao, Founder and Chief Executive Officer. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management from Andhra University, an MBA in Human Resources and an LL.B. He has also been conferred three Honorary Doctorates for his contributions to HR, leadership and social service. With over 16 years of experience in reputed IT and pharmaceutical organisations, Dr. Rao brings extensive expertise in people, leadership and organisational performance.
An accomplished HR leader, author, mentor and leadership coach, he has authored 25 books and mentored more than 27,000 young professionals. His contributions have earned him numerous national and international recognitions, reflecting his commitment to empowering individuals and nurturing future leaders.
