Mr. Ramesh entered the valve industry in 1990, gaining extensive experience in valve design, manufacturing, testing, quality assurance, and automation. Over the next fifteen years, he worked with leading organizations, developing expertise across the power, oil & gas, chemical, heavy engineering, and process industries. These formative years equipped him with the technical knowledge and confidence to pursue his entrepreneurial vision.

In 2005, he founded Sterling Valves and Controls, initially offering valve servicing and operational support with an uncompromising focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Recognizing the growing demand for indigenous engineering solutions, he expanded into valve design and automation engineering in 2008, and by 2009, SVC had become a full-fledged manufacturing company equipped with modern infrastructure and advanced production capabilities.
