- Since its inception, GNG L&D has trained more than 10,000 individuals across BFSI and other sectors and coached and mentored over 70 MSME startups and young entrepreneurs, with a special emphasis on supporting women entrepreneurs. Its impact has also earned recognition, including the JRD TATA Award 2025 received by one of its mentees, recognition among the Top 15 Visionary Emerging Trainers & Coaches 2026, and features in Republic World, ABP and The Hindustan Wires.
