The Inception
The journey of BRAINCODE began with a life-changing experience. In 2013, founder Preeti Mishra Upadhyaya underwent a Biometric Analysis that transformed her understanding of human potential. Coming from a research-oriented background, she immersed herself in extensive study, professional training, and practical application of the science. Inspired by its remarkable impact, she began mentoring students, parents, and professionals in 2014. After witnessing countless success stories and renewed confidence in individuals, she formally registered BRAINCODE with the Government of India in 2022.

Astute Leadership
- Founder and Director Preeti Mishra Upadhyaya hold an MBA, a PG in NGO Management, and certifications in CSR, Forensic Science (Fingerprint Analysis), Career Counseling, Cognitive Psychology, and International Career Planning. A recipient of multiple national and international awards, she is also a passionate social changemaker.
- Through collaborations with AIM Trust, CII Foundation, and CSR partners, she has empowered over 5,000 rural adolescent girls and youth through digital literacy, career counseling, and skill-development initiatives. She also works with persons with disabilities and supports their livelihood through a musical band of visually impaired and specially abled artists.
