The Beginning
The story began in 2000, when Mr. Mutnani Madhusudhan established Balaji Agencies and embarked on his journey in the prefab construction sector. Driven by a commitment to technical learning and practical experience, he developed deep expertise in the industry under the guidance of his guru. After nearly a decade of experience, Balaji Agencies was formally incorporated in 2008. As the business expanded, it was registered as Balaji Prefab Private Limited under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on 6 November 2015. Today, Mr. Mutnani Madhusudhan serves as Chairman, guiding the company with his extensive industry experience and forward-looking vision.
