Founded by Mr. Rajendra Pandurang Kale (Managing Director) and Mr. Narendersingh Rathore, the enterprise was driven by strong engineering fundamentals and a deep understanding of on-ground project realities. As a civil engineering professional with over three decades of experience, Mr. Kale brought practical expertise, leadership, and foresight to every stage of growth. Under his guidance, the company evolved from a regional contractor into a future-ready engineering organization.
Recognizing the changing needs of India’s rapidly expanding industrial and infrastructure landscape, the firm took a decisive step forward in 2020 by incorporating as RKPEB and Infra Pvt. Ltd. This transition marked more than a change in name—it reflected a strategic shift toward modern prefabricated construction technologies and scalable operations, particularly in pre-engineered buildings and structural steel solutions.
“Today, RKPEB operates a high-capacity manufacturing facility in Chakan, Pune, offering end-to-end solutions from design and fabrication to erection and final handover. With ISO 9001:2015 certified operations and in-house fabrication capabilities, the company maintains strict control over quality, precision, timelines, and cost efficiency. Our turnkey execution model ensures single-point responsibility, minimizing coordination risks while maximizing accountability and client confidence,” shares Mr. Kale.
