The foundation of Shiv Multiskills rests on the leadership of Mr. Pankaj C. Dhawale and Mr. Pavan C. Dhawale, both Mechanical Engineers (B. Tech) and the company’s Managing Directors. Armed with a strong technical education and hands-on industry experience, the founders brought deep process knowledge and a passion for precision into the enterprise.
What began as a modest setup with just two CNC machines, has, under their leadership, evolved into a diversified, multi-facility manufacturing operation.
