His early recognition—including the Young Entrepreneur Award by the Rotary Club and honours from NDTV Marathi, ABP Majha, and the World Education Summit—highlighted not only entrepreneurial excellence but a deep commitment to social impact and education reform.
The Birth and Rise of a Premier Institution
The most defining milestone came in 2007, with the establishment of the Pune Institute of Business Management under the Indian Academy of Empowerment & Educational Research. What began with modest resources steadily evolved into one of India’s leading B-Schools, spread across a 21-acre campus, educating over 3,000 students at any time and supported by a global alumni network exceeding 15,000 professionals.
Delivering Outcomes
At the heart of PIBM’s success lies a clear philosophy: education must convert potential into performance. This belief has driven the institute’s strong focus on job skill-based learning through live industry projects, Bloomberg terminals, sector-specific training, and more than 1,500 corporate partnerships.
